Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. In just one year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her education. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. For 2009 alone, 4 brand new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She came in third at the contest. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she did not have any expectation. She was happy with her placement. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
